- Description
The Schneider Electric LUCA1XBL is a TeSys U standard control unit providing adjustable thermal-magnetic motor protection from 0.35 to 1.4 A. Plugged into a LUB12, LUB32, or LUB38 power base, it forms a complete starter-controller with Class 10 overload tripping, phase-failure sensing, and earth-fault detection for 3-phase motors up to 0.25 kW at 400 V, controlled from a 24 V DC supply.

Selection Notes
The LUCA1XBL is the 24 V DC-coil version of the LUCA1XB, same 0.35-1.4 A range for sub-fractional motors up to 0.25 kW at 400 V. It also carries the compatibility to pair with the LU2B12BL/LU2B32BL/LU2B38BL reversing bases, which the AC-coil LUCA1XB does not list, so prefer it on DC-controlled reversing applications. Keep the dial set to the motor's nameplate current, not the range endpoint.
