The Schneider Electric LU2B38BL is a TeSys U reversing power base rated 38 A, built around a 24 V DC coil and the LU2MB0BL reverser module to switch 3-phase motors up to 18.5 kW at 400 V in either direction. Completed with a plug-in LUC control unit, it forms a full reversing starter-controller on a single 45 mm DIN-rail footprint.

The LU2B38BL extends the TeSys U reversing base range to 38 A and 18.5 kW at 400 V, but its breaking capacity drops to 25 kA at 440 V, half that of the 32 A LU2B32BL, so check this against the installation's prospective short-circuit current. It packages the reversing contacts, 24 V DC coil, and interlocking in the base itself, saving a separate external reversing contactor.
