The Schneider Electric GV5P150H is a 3P TeSys GV5 motor circuit breaker rated 150 A, with a breaking capacity of 70 kA at 400/415 V for protecting three-phase motors from 55-75 kW at 400 V. It combines electronic thermal-magnetic protection with fixed short-time delay and phase-unbalance protection. The breaker is operated by a direct rotary handle and terminates on screw connectors.

Selection Notes

The H suffix marks the 70 kA Icu breaking-capacity class at 400/415 V; the alternative suffix in the GV5 line steps up to a higher withstand rating for installations with greater prospective short-circuit current, avoiding an upstream current-limiting device. At 60 kA at 440 V rated conditional short-circuit current with an associated fuse, this 150 A frame protects motors in the 55-75 kW band at 400 V.
