- Description
The Schneider Electric GV4P07N is a TeSys GV4 motor circuit breaker rated 7 A at 690 V AC, combining adjustable thermal protection (Ir 2.9-7 A) with fixed short-time-delay, phase-unbalance and ground-fault protection for 3-phase motors up to 1.5-3 kW at 400 V. Breaking capacity reaches 50 kA at 400 V, and it is operated by a rotary handle via EverLink BTR screw terminals.

Selection Notes
Pick the 7 A frame for motors up to 1.5-3 kW at 400 V; unlike the magnetic-only GV4L/GV4LE breakers, the GV4P's adjustable thermal dial (Ir 2.9-7 A) and built-in short-time-delay, phase-unbalance and ground-fault protection complete motor protection without a separate overload relay. This N-suffix variant carries the full 50 kA breaking capacity at 400 V, versus 25 kA on the identically rated B-suffix variant in the same frame.
