The Schneider Electric ASILUFC51 is a TeSys U communication module that plugs into LUB non-reversing and LU2B reversing power bases equipped with a BL-type 24 V DC control unit, linking the starter-controller to an AS-Interface network of up to 62 slaves. It provides a yellow AS-i bus connector, a black 24 V DC supply connector and two front-panel LEDs for power and fault status.

Selection Notes

Fit the ASILUFC51 when a TeSys U starter-controller needs to join an AS-Interface segment instead of hardwired discrete control: its 2 dedicated outputs drive the coil of a LUB or LU2B power base directly, and the 62-slave addressing range covers a full AS-i branch without a separate fieldbus gateway per starter. It requires a BL-type (24 V DC) LUC control unit on the same base — it is not compatible with AC-coil control units.
