- Description
The ABB 2CSA275901R9104 S-ARC1 M C10 is a 1P+N arc fault detection device (AFDD) with an integrated 10 A Type C miniature circuit breaker, combining short-circuit, overload and arc-fault protection in a single two-module DIN-rail device rated for 10 kA breaking capacity per IEC 60898-1, built for boards where fault current exceeds what the base S-ARC1 C10 is rated to clear.

Selection Notes
The C-curve trip threshold, 5 to 10 times the 10 A rated current, lets this device hold through motor or transformer inrush that would nuisance-trip a B-curve unit at the same rating, while its 10 kA rated short-circuit capacity and Icu cover boards closer to the supply transformer than the standard S-ARC1 C10. Pick 10 A to match the protected circuit's conductor and load; the M, C-curve siblings at 13 A, 16 A and 20 A extend the same fault-current coverage to heavier branches.
