Fitting the ABB 1SDA112866R1 Rating Plug 800 L OFF E1.2..E6.2 into a SACE Emax 2 breaker's electronic trip unit sets the current rating to 800 A, and the plug is compatible with every frame between E1.2 and E6.2. Swapping this plug lets a panel builder change the breaker's current setting without replacing the breaker body. The module weighs 0.1 kg and is supplied loose, in black.

Selection Notes

The 800 A step is the natural upgrade path from the 630 A plug when a feeder's load grows closer to 800 A, and it should be chosen over the 1000 A plug when the extra headroom is not needed and a tighter long-time pickup is preferred. Full-range plugs from 400 A through 1600 A are interchangeable across the same breaker body, so re-rating a panel later does not require a new breaker frame.
