Performance level H gives 70 kA Icu at 415 V AC, and the Ekip Touch Meas.LSI release adds long-time, short-time, instantaneous protection and metering.

The 'M' in the designation marks a stored-energy (spring-charged) operating mechanism in place of the plain lever, rated for 20,000 mechanical cycles versus 10,000 on the standard version, and suited to breakers that are opened and closed frequently or need motorized remote closing. Performance level H and the Ekip Touch Meas.LSI release still give 70 kA Icu at 415 V AC with L/S/I protection and integrated metering. Pick the standard lever version instead if the breaker will be operated manually and infrequently, or the 4-pole variant where the neutral must be switched.
