Selection Notes
This Ekip Dip LI release carries only L (overload) and I (instantaneous) protection, with no S short-time delay, so it clears a short-circuit immediately rather than waiting on a downstream breaker to act first — appropriate where it is the sole protective device on the feeder. 66 kA Icu and 66 kA Icw for 1 second set the N performance level, lower than the H-level E2.2 frame and usually the more economical fit where the installation's prospective fault current does not exceed it. As a WMP, budget for the matching fixed part separately; that combination is what allows the breaker to be withdrawn for maintenance without disconnecting the panel wiring. At 2000 A this is the largest current rating in the E2.2N group covered here, above the 1250 A and 1600 A siblings in the same four-pole configuration.
