Selection Notes
Ekip Dip LI only combines the long-time (overload) and instantaneous stages, without the short-time delay of an LSI release, so this 1250 A breaker trips immediately on a short circuit rather than holding for a graded delay — a fit for a feeder position that does not need to stay closed through a downstream fault. As the withdrawable moving part, it racks into a cradle for fast replacement or isolation rather than bolting in fixed. Three poles leave the neutral unswitched, consistent with installations where N does not need to be broken. Where selective coordination with a downstream breaker matters, the LSI variant at the same 1250 A frame is the one to specify instead.
