- Description
The ABB 1SDA071432R1, SACE Emax 2 E1.2N 1000 Ekip Dip LSI 4p F F, is a fixed four-pole air circuit breaker rated 1000 A uninterrupted current (Iu) with a 66 kA ultimate breaking capacity (Icu) at 400 V AC. Front terminals and bolt-type connections allow direct busbar or cable termination without a drawout cradle.

Selection Notes
Ekip Dip LSI keeps the short-time delay (S) stage alongside overload (L) and instantaneous (I) protection, and the 50 kA/1 s Icw lets this breaker stay closed through a downstream fault long enough for a smaller breaker to clear first — the reasoning for placing it as a main or sub-main rather than at a final load. At 1000 A it is the higher-current fixed F F option in the E1.2N performance class (66 kA Icu) compared with the 630 A and 800 A versions of the same frame, so pick it when the incoming or bus-tie current exceeds 800 A.
