Selection Notes

As with its 400 A sibling, the DC-22B mixed-load rating caps at 400 A here even though the 500 A headline figure applies to DC-21B and the DC-PV1/PV2 string ratings, so inductive duty sizing should use the lower number. A direct-mount handle is already fitted, so this unit needs no separate operator kit, unlike the base 1000 V F11 switches in the family. Choose this direct-mount version over the FV11P pistol-grip when the enclosure door allows a straight front-facing operator.
