Switching only the phase conductors, the ABB 1SCA153616R1001 (OXB1250E3X2QB) is a 3-pole, 1250 A TruONE transfer switch rated for AC-31B, AC-32B and AC-33B loads alike. Its Level 2 DIP-switch controller is the entry-level TruONE control option, supply feeds in from the bottom with load on top, and the 200-480 V AC switch carries a 65 kA / 0.1 s short-time withstand rating.

Selection Notes

This 1250 A, 3-pole switch covers AC-31B, AC-32B and AC-33B current, so it suits boards with motor loads as well as distribution feeders - the AC-31B-only QT sibling in this frame is the lighter-duty alternative. Three-pole (X-series) switching assumes the two sources share a common neutral; specify the 4-pole S-series equivalent where neutrals are independently earthed. The Level 2 DIP-switch controller keeps this the simplest control option at this current rating.
