Selection Notes
Specify this 1250 A / 4P, top-fed (QT) unit when a Level 4 touchscreen controller is needed but the board only carries distribution-type load (AC-31B) - pick the QB sibling instead where the feeder also includes motor-starting duty, since that version adds AC-32B/AC-33B ratings. Switching the neutral (4P) is relevant specifically when the two sources have separately earthed neutrals; the 3-pole X-series equivalent assumes a common neutral. The delayed I-O-II transition inserts an open interval between sources regardless of controller level.
