- Description
ABB's 1SCA153524R1001 (OXB400E3X4QT) is a three-pole, 400 A TruONE automatic transfer switch for two independent AC sources rated 200 to 480 V. The Level 4 touchscreen controller runs the delayed I-O-II transfer sequence, and the top-supply / bottom-load terminal arrangement fits switchboards fed from an overhead riser.

Selection Notes
Keeping the neutral common between sources, this 3-pole 400 A unit skips the switched-neutral function of the 4P S-series frame, the same logic as the other X-series controllers on this chassis. Icw of 25 kA for 0.3 s and Uimp of 12 kV sit above the 250 A chassis figures, margin worth matching against the upstream protection scheme before downsizing. The Level 4 touch controller is the top end of the three options here, trading the DIP switches of the Level 2 unit and the text display of the Level 3 unit for a full graphical HMI with parameter and event access. QT terminals feed supply from the top and load from the bottom, the mirror of the QB unit, for installations with overhead cable entry.
