- Description
Carrying the designation OXB400E3S3QB, the ABB 1SCA153517R1001 is a four-pole TruONE automatic transfer switch rated 400 A, switching between two AC sources from 200 to 480 V. A Level 3 LCD controller shows transfer status and alarm text locally, and the bottom-supply / top-load terminal layout suits switchboards fed from below.

Selection Notes
The 400 A frame carries Icw of 25 kA for 0.3 s and Uimp of 12 kV, both higher than the 250 A chassis, headroom to weigh against expected upstream fault current before stepping down a frame size. This 4P unit switches the neutral with the phases, needed where the two sources must not share a bonded neutral during transfer. The Level 3 LCD controller sits between the DIP-switch unit, which has no local readout, and the Level 4 touch unit, which adds a full graphical HMI. QB terminals route supply in from the bottom and load out the top; the QT version reverses this for top-fed switchboards.
