- Description
Rated for 250 A and three poles, the ABB 1SCA153459R1001 (OXB250E3X2QB) automatic transfer switch is the entry-controller member of the TruONE open-style range, covering source voltages from 200 to 480 V AC. A Level 2 DIP-switch controller sets the delayed I-O-II transfer logic, and the bottom-supply / top-load terminal layout suits feeders entering the enclosure from below.

Selection Notes
Three poles without a switched neutral keep this unit narrower and lighter than the 4P S-series units on the same 250 A frame, a fit for systems where the neutral is common to both sources and does not need interrupting during transfer. The DIP-switch controller handles the transfer logic through on-board switches rather than a screen, which is enough where the installation does not call for local event history or text diagnostics. Icw stays at 18 kA for 0.3 s regardless of controller choice, so the rating basis for selective coordination is the same as the Level 3 and Level 4 variants in this frame. QB terminals route supply in from the bottom and load out the top; the QT version reverses this for top-fed switchboards.
