- Description
The ABB 1SCA151491R1001 (OXB1000E3S4QB) is a 1000 A, 4-pole TruONE automatic transfer switch with the top-tier Level 4 touchscreen controller, wired for bottom-in, top-out line terminals. It handles a 200-480 V AC rated voltage with +/-20% tolerance, a 65 kA for 0.1 s short-time withstand current, and an open-style, delayed I-O-II transition between the two sources.

Selection Notes
The Level 4 touchscreen controller is the most capable in the TruONE range, giving full graphical navigation and settings access that the DIP-switch and LCD controllers do not offer. QB brings supply in from the bottom and sends load out the top, matching switchgear with upstream cabling entering below the unit. Reserve this controller tier for sites that need the extra configuration depth; the Level 2 or Level 3 units cover simpler transfer logic at lower cost.
