Selection Notes
Step up to the OT1250E04P from the 1000 A frame when the connected load's full-load current exceeds roughly 800 A, leaving margin under the 1250 A conventional thermal rating. The 92 kA Icm and 50 kA Icw are unchanged from the 1000 A model in the same frame, so the fault-current duty this switch can survive is set by the frame family, not by the current step chosen within it. Lug terminals and a 50 mm terminal width keep cable entry consistent across the range.
