The ABB 1SAP331000R0378 (PM5630-2ETH-XC) is an AC500-XC processor module, the entry CPU in the extreme-conditions AC500 line, offering 8 MB of program memory with two Ethernet ports, an RS232/485 serial port and a CAN interface built in, plus an onboard display. It runs on 24 V DC, 20.4-28.8 V DC accepted.

PM5630-2ETH-XC is the smallest-memory CPU in this AC500-XC lineup at 8 MB, suited to programs that fit comfortably under that ceiling; the PM5650-2ETH-XC (80 MB), PM5670-2ETH-XC (160 MB) and PM5675-2ETH-XC (160 MB plus 8 GB flash) step up for larger logic or extensive data logging. It has no onboard digital I/O, so it needs a matching S500 I/O module and terminal unit for any field wiring.
