The Siemens 6SL3225-0BE37-5AA0 is a SINAMICS G120 PM250 power module rated 75 kW high overload / 90 kW light overload at 3AC 380-480V, IP20 FSF frame. It includes a built-in Class A EMC filter and supports regenerative operation within the G120 modular drive system, with 290 A max output current at 4 kHz pulse frequency. The control unit and BOP operator panel are ordered separately.

At 75 kW HO / 90 kW LO, this is the highest-current PM250 variant in this FSF-frame line, with 290 A max output current and 56.0 kg weight, 4 kg heavier than the 45 kW and 55 kW FSF modules despite the shared 934 x 350 x 316 mm envelope. Choose it when the HO nameplate current exceeds 110 A output; below that, the 55 kW or 45 kW FSF variants save cost and power loss (2.31 kW here versus 1.93 kW and 1.42 kW). The built-in Class A filter keeps conducted EMC emissions within first-environment limits, and the module supports regenerative operation when paired with a regen-capable Control Unit.
