The Siemens 6SL3225-0BE33-7AA0 is a SINAMICS G120 PM250 power module rated 37 kW high overload / 45 kW light overload at 3AC 380-480V, IP20 FSE frame. It includes a built-in Class A EMC filter and supports regenerative operation within the G120 modular drive system, with 150 A max output current at 4 kHz pulse frequency. The control unit and BOP operator panel are ordered separately.

At 37 kW HO / 45 kW LO, this is the lowest-power PM250 variant in the FSE frame within this line, with 150 A max output current and the smallest footprint (635 x 275 x 204 mm) and lightest weight (22.0 kg) of the FSE/FSF PM250 range. Choose the higher-current FSF-frame variants when the motor's HO nameplate current exceeds 90 A output; this module fits duty cycles that stay within the 150%/3s, 110%/57s HO overload profile. The built-in Class A filter keeps conducted EMC emissions within first-environment limits without an external filter module, and the module supports regenerative operation when paired with a regen-capable Control Unit.
