Selection Notes
The Type C1 slot width (20 mm) and 16 process terminals fit ET 200SP modules that need up to 16 process connections in one slot, such as digital I/O modules with wide channel counts. The dual voltage rating (24 V DC or 230 V AC on the same BaseUnit) means the same part number covers both DC and AC field wiring, so stock one BaseUnit type instead of separate DC and AC variants. Choose a narrower BaseUnit type only when the plugged-in module needs fewer than 16 process terminals and rail space is tight.
