Selection Notes
The 2 A per-channel rating and 8x M12 field connectors set this module apart from a DIN-rail DQ card - it drives solenoid valves and small motor loads directly at the machine, in an IP65/67 housing, without cabinet space. Outputs split into two load groups of 4 channels each, and inductive loads are capped at 2 channels per group, a limit worth checking before wiring valve banks with more than 2 coils per group. PL d / SIL 2 safety-related tripping support from firmware FS01 lets a fail-safe CPU drive a standard actuator through this module without a dedicated F-DQ card.
Applications
Field-mounted actuator control on machines and conveyor sections - solenoid valves, pilot lamps, and small motor loads up to 2 A wired directly to the module without a cabinet-mounted DIN-rail I/O station.
