- Description
The Schneider Electric ZBRP1 is a rope pull switch with a built-in Harmony XB5R wireless and batteryless transmitter, triggered by a pull force of 45 to 1000 N on a conveyor-mounted rope. It sends a Zigbee Green Power radio frame to a receiver to stop or control equipment without running a signal cable.

Selection Notes
This device replaces a hard-wired emergency-pull-cord switch with a wireless one — useful on long conveyors or mobile machine sections where routing a control cable to the switch is costly. The 45-1000 N adjustable pull force lets it be tuned to the rope length and tension of the installation; pair it with a ZBRRA or ZBRRC receiver to act on the signal, and note it is not itself a safety-rated e-stop device.
