The Schneider Electric TMC2AI2 is a Modicon M221 analog input cartridge that adds 2 current (0/4-20 mA) or voltage (0-10 V) inputs at 12-bit resolution to a Modicon M221C logic controller, plugging directly into the controller's cartridge slot without external wiring beyond the 2 screw terminal blocks. Absolute accuracy is 0.1% of full scale at 25 degrees C, with a 20 ms conversion time per channel.

Use the TMC2AI2 when the M221C application needs 2 general-purpose current or voltage inputs. A dedicated temperature-input cartridge in the same M221 range covers thermocouple or RTD sensing instead, and separate output cartridges handle current or voltage output signals.
