The Schneider Electric TM3DQ16UK is a Modicon TM3 discrete output module that adds 16 NPN (sink) transistor outputs, rated 100 mA at 24V DC, to a Modicon M221, M241, M251 or M262 logic controller through a single HE10 connector. Each channel switches in 450 µs and carries an IP20 rating.

Selection Notes

The TM3DQ16UK pairs NPN (sink) transistor logic with an HE10 connector for panels wired with a pre-made ribbon cable instead of screw terminals - the same 16-channel, 100 mA rating as the PNP TM3DQ16TK but with negative logic. Cable distance is limited to 5 m unshielded, shorter than the 30 m allowed on the screw-terminal TM3DQ16U. For source (PNP) logic in the same HE10 form factor, the TM3DQ16TK is the matching module.
