The Schneider Electric TM3DQ16TK is a Modicon TM3 discrete output module that adds 16 PNP (source) transistor outputs, rated 100 mA at 24V DC, to a Modicon M221, M241, M251 or M262 logic controller through a single HE10 connector. Each channel switches in 450 µs and carries an IP20 rating.

Selection Notes

Choose the TM3DQ16TK over the screw-terminal TM3DQ16T when the panel uses a pre-wired HE10 ribbon cable and needs the narrower 21.4 mm housing - the trade-off is a lower 100 mA per-channel rating against the TM3DQ16T's 500 mA. Cable distance for the HE10 variant is also shorter (5 m unshielded) versus 30 m on the screw-terminal module. For sinking (NPN) logic in the same HE10 form factor, the TM3DQ16UK is the matching module.
