The Schneider Electric NTSDDO0212HK is a Modicon Edge I/O NTS discrete output module kit with 2 isolated 24 V DC transistor outputs at 2 A per channel, pre-assembled on its NTSXBA0100H base for severe-environment use. Channels wire in 1, 2 or 3 wires with short-circuit and thermal protection, covering an extended -40...70 degC range with conformal-coated electronics. The 500 V AC isolation between channels on the NTSDDO0212HK lets each of the 2 outputs drive loads referenced to a different 24 V DC supply without cross-interference, a property the non-isolated NTSDDO0402K/HK (shared field supply) does not offer. Paralleling two channels for redundancy or for double current is supported, useful when a single 2 A output is marginal for the load.
