The Schneider Electric NTSART0603K is a Modicon Edge I/O NTS temperature input module kit with 6 differential inputs and 16-bit resolution, pre-assembled on its NTSXBA0100H base. Each channel accepts RTD, thermistor (PTC/NTC) or resistance signals over a 2 or 3-wire connection, covering a -40...70 degC operating range. It mounts on a DIN rail and connects to Modicon M262 or M580 controllers.

Selection Notes

The 6-channel density of the NTSART0603K fits applications with many like-type sensors, such as a bearing-temperature array on a motor or gearbox, where every channel shares the same differential wiring scheme. Pick the 2-channel NTSART0214K instead when the application mixes thermocouples with RTDs or needs per-channel 530 V AC isolation between sensors on different reference grounds, since this module's inputs are differential rather than fully isolated. The short-time sampling mode trades accuracy (0.08% FS vs 0.05% FS) for faster channel-to-channel switching, a choice worth making only if the control loop actually needs the shorter cycle.
