The LZ8H6X5BD is the highest-power reversing starter in the TeSys Hybrid safety lineup, four times the motor rating of the 2X4 safety variants in the same 22.5 mm width. Above 30 degC ambient the unit must be derated, so verify enclosure ventilation before specifying it in a dense cabinet. Where the application does not need reversing, the LZ7H2X4BD and its 0.75 kW rating is not a substitute — there is no single-direction STO variant at the 3 kW power level in this family grouping, so confirm direction requirements before ordering.
