The Schneider Electric LV510554 is a 3-pole EasyPact CVS100N moulded case circuit breaker rated 40 A with a 50 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. It uses an electronic ETS 2.2 trip unit with adjustable long-time, short-time and instantaneous protection for distribution boards needing selective coordination. The breaker is fixed-mounted and carries IP40 front-face ingress protection.

Selection Notes

The ETS 2.2 electronic trip unit gives this CVS100N an adjustable long-time pick-up (Ir 18...40 A) plus a fixed-delay short-time element (Isd 1.5...10x Ir, 0.02 s) ahead of the 600 A instantaneous threshold - protection a thermal-magnetic TM-D breaker in the same frame cannot replicate. Pick this variant over the TM-D or MA versions of the CVS100 frame when the board needs tunable overload curves or must discriminate with downstream breakers rather than fixed thermal-magnetic settings.
