- Description
The Schneider Electric LV510453 is a 3-pole EasyPact CVS100N moulded case circuit breaker rated 25 A with a 50 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. It uses a magnetic-only MA trip unit for short-circuit protection, the standard configuration for motor-circuit applications that pair it with a separate thermal overload relay. The breaker is fixed-mounted and carries IP40 front-face ingress protection.

Selection Notes
The MA trip unit on the CVS100N fires on short-circuit current only - it carries no adjustable thermal overload curve - so this breaker is the motor-circuit configuration: pair it with a separate thermal overload relay or motor circuit protector to cover running overload, and let this breaker clear fault current with its 6...14x In (adjustable) instantaneous pick-up. Choose it over the TM-D or ETS versions of the same CVS100 frame when overload protection already sits elsewhere in the motor starter.
