- Description
The Schneider Electric LP1K1201FD is a TeSys K miniature contactor, 3P (3 NO) with 1 NC built-in, rated 12 A AC-3 at up to 440 V for 3-phase motor control up to 5.5 kW at 400 V and resistive load switching up to 20 A at 690 V AC-1. It runs on a 110 V DC coil and is DIN-rail or screw mounted in a 45 mm housing.

Selection Notes
The 12 A AC-3 rating places this contactor at the 5.5 kW point of the TeSys K range at 400 V; step up to the next current rating in the same frame if the motor's full-load current exceeds 12 A rather than running the contactor at its thermal limit continuously. The 1 NC auxiliary contact gives a direct run or fault-feedback signal to the control circuit without an add-on contact block, and the 110 V DC coil should match the control transformer already used elsewhere in the panel to avoid a dedicated supply.
