- Description
The Schneider Electric LC1G1504LSEA is a 4-pole TeSys Giga contactor rated 275 A AC-1 at up to 440 V, for heavy resistive and power-switching duty such as heater banks, capacitor banks or bypass circuits. It runs on a 200-500 V AC/DC wide-band electronic coil with PLC-level control input and remote contact-wear diagnosis and ships with a 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary block factory-fitted on the 193 x 143 mm Giga frame.

Selection Notes
Rated 275 A AC-1, the LC1G1504LSEA is sized for power-switching and resistive duty — heater banks, capacitor banks, bus-tie and bypass circuits — rather than motor starting; the 1280 A breaking capacity and 1.2 kA 10 s short-time withstand are what matter for coordinating with an upstream breaker on this frame. It carries a 200-500 V AC/DC coil with PLC-level control and remote (not just local) contact-wear diagnosis. The remote diagnostic capability is the practical reason to pick this coil tier over the EHEN/KUEN options when the contactor sits somewhere a technician can't walk up to read the local contact-wear indicator, such as a sealed switchgear line-up or an outdoor enclosure.
