Selection Notes

At 1260 A this frame is sized for panel-mains or distribution switching rather than individual motor starters, and the bolted bar power connections are rated for a 58 N.m tightening torque instead of a screw-clamp spec. Pick the 220 V AC coil sibling instead when the control transformer runs that tap, or the LC1F1700 frame when the continuous AC-1 current needs to exceed 1260 A.

Applications

Main incomer and bus-tie switching in low-voltage switchboards, capacitor bank and resistive load switching, and distribution panels where a 1260 A continuous rating and 1200 cycles/h duty are specified. The 338 mm frame and bar-connection power terminals also suit retrofit of older electromechanical contactors in existing switchgear.
