- Description
The Schneider Electric GVAU225 is a TeSys Deca MN undervoltage release for GV2 and GV3 motor circuit breakers, built for a 220-240 V AC 50 Hz control circuit. It trips the breaker once control voltage falls below 0.35 Uc, opens somewhere in the 0.35-0.7 Uc band, and only lets the breaker close again once voltage is back in the 0.85-1.1 Uc range. It mounts on the right side with screw-clamp terminals.

Selection Notes
Select the GVAU225 to enforce no-volt protection on a 220-240 V AC control circuit: the breaker drops out automatically on supply loss and cannot be reclosed until voltage recovers above 0.85 Un, which is the key difference from the GVAS225 shunt release that only opens on a deliberate trip command. For a 380-400 V AC control circuit, the GVAU385 is the matching sibling.
