The Schneider Electric GVAD1010 is a TeSys Deca auxiliary contact block for GV2 and GV3 motor circuit breakers, combining 1 instantaneous NO contact with 1 NO fault-signalling contact. It mounts on the left side of the breaker and connects by screw-clamp terminals.

Pick the GVAD1010 when both auxiliary contacts on a GV2 or GV3 breaker should report as plain NO signals, including the fault-status output; where the fault contact needs to be NC instead, the GVAD0110 is the matching sibling with the same left-side mounting and switching ratings.
