At 250 A on the 250 A EZCV250H frame, this breaker leaves headroom below the frame's maximum rating; the 200 A variant (EZCV250H4200) covers the frame's upper end instead, and both share the same TM-D trip unit and 36 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC, so the choice between them is the load current, not the protection function. Because detection runs on 3 of the 4 poles (3t), the neutral is switched but not individually monitored for overload or short-circuit, while the built-in earth-leakage element still protects the full circuit without adding a separate Vigi module.
