The Schneider Electric C63R35E630 is a three-pole ComPacT NSX630R moulded case circuit breaker, rated 630 A at 40 °C with a 200 kA breaking capacity at 380/415 V AC and 690 V AC rated operational voltage. It carries a MicroLogic 5.3 E trip unit giving LSI protection, fixed for backplate mounting with front upside and downside connections on a 45 mm pitch.

Selection Notes

On the R frame, the 200 kA breaking capacity at 380/415 V AC covers standard distribution boards without needing a higher-rated frame. The MicroLogic 5.3 E trip unit adds an adjustable short-time delay and instantaneous pickup from 1.5 to 11 x In, plus zone-selective interlocking and an LCD energy meter, so the breaker can coordinate selectively with downstream devices. Pick the 6.3 E variant instead when ground-fault protection is required, or the 2.3 unit when a simpler, non-communicating trip unit is enough.
