Selection Notes

The MicroLogic 2.3 M trip unit combines an adjustable long-time overload stage (Ir 250…500 A, selectable trip class 5, 10 or 20) with a fixed-delay short-time stage and a fixed instantaneous stage at 6500 A — enough to protect both the motor and the branch circuit from one device. Select the trip class to match the motor starting duty: class 5 for light starting, class 20 for long ramp-up loads. At 36 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC, the frame suits motor circuits sized within the 250…500 A overload range.
