The C40H45E400 is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX400H 4-pole moulded case circuit breaker rated 400 A at 40 °C, with a 70 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. It uses the MicroLogic 5.3 E trip unit, which provides adjustable long-time, short-time and instantaneous protection plus an integrated energy meter, and is rated for isolation up to 690 V AC.

Selection Notes

The L-S-I MicroLogic 5.3 E adds an adjustable short-time delay and an adjustable instantaneous stage to the long-time overload function, plus an LCD display with an integrated energy meter. Choose it over the 2.3 variant when the switchboard needs metering data or zone-selective interlocking (ZSI) for coordinated tripping with downstream devices. At 70 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC, the H frame is the 70 kA/415 V workhorse of the 400 A ComPacT NSX range.
