The Schneider Electric C25V4TM200 is a 4-pole ComPacT NSX250HB1 moulded case circuit breaker rated 200 A on a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit, built on the HB1 690 V AC frame. Breaking capacity (Icu) is 75 kA at 660/690 V AC and 85 kA at 500 V AC, against a 690 V AC rated operational voltage, for LV distribution at the top of the 690 V band.

Selection Notes

The HB1 frame is rated specifically for the 500-690 V AC band (85 kA at 500 V, 75 kA at 690 V) rather than the lower 220-440 V band the standard NSX250R covers, so it is the frame to specify on 690 V AC distribution rather than a derated 415 V breaker. Its 4th pole trips at 1 x Ir for a protected neutral on 4-wire 690 V feeders; Pick a different trip-current sibling in the same HB1 series to match load current, or step up to the HB2 (NSX250HB2) frame where 690 V breaking capacity above 75 kA is required.
