The C12N6TM125B is a 4-pole (3D, neutral unprotected) Schneider Electric ComPacT NSXm160N moulded case circuit breaker rated 125 A, with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit and 50 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. Rated operational voltage (Ue) is 440 V AC. The 108 x 137 x 80 mm frame switches the neutral alongside the three protected phases.

Selection Notes

Picking the N-rated C12N6TM125B over the equivalent F-rated 36 kA/4P/125 A unit makes sense when the board's prospective fault current exceeds 36 kA — the extra 14 kA of Icu headroom avoids a frame change later if upstream fault levels rise. As a 3D breaker the fourth pole only switches the neutral; it is not thermally or magnetically protected, so neutral overload protection must come from elsewhere in the distribution design if required.
