Choose the N performance level (50 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC) when the prospective short-circuit current at the installation point stays at or below that rating; move to the lower-breaking-capacity F or B version in the same NSXm frame if the fault-level study gives a different result. The TM-D trip unit has a fixed long-time delay with pickup adjustable over 0.7...1 x In range and a fixed instantaneous pickup at 600 A, so downstream coordination relies on current discrimination rather than time grading.
