- Description
The Schneider Electric C10H3MA025 is a ComPacT NSX100H molded case circuit breaker built for motor protection circuits. Configured as 3P, it is rated for 25 A continuous current with a 70 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 415 V AC, and carries a MA magnetic-only trip unit for short-circuit protection (no integral thermal element, paired with a separate overload relay).

Selection Notes
The C10H3MA025 pairs a magnetic-only MA trip unit with the NSX100H frame (a high breaking-capacity frame), so it provides instantaneous short-circuit protection only (adjustable 6-14 x In) and needs a separate thermal overload relay or motor starter to cover overload protection. That split is standard for motor circuits where a dedicated overload device already exists downstream. Choose a higher-current MA variant if the motor's locked-rotor current exceeds this unit's 25 A setting range; choose the TM-D version of the same frame if a single integrated thermal-magnetic device is preferred instead. It is also rated Yes for isolation duty under EN/IEC 60947-2, so it can double as the local point of isolation ahead of the motor starter.
