The Schneider Electric C10F2TM030 is a 2P ComPacT NSX100F moulded case circuit breaker rated 30 A, dual-rated for AC (690 V) and DC (500 V) circuits, with an 18 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 415 V AC. It uses a fixed, non-adjustable TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit, giving compact, low-maintenance overload and short-circuit protection in small-frame distribution and DC applications.

Selection Notes

The TM-D trip unit on this NSX100F frame is fixed rather than adjustable: L overload protection is set at 1 x In and I instantaneous protection trips at 300 A, so the 30 A rating itself is the only selection variable — pick it to sit just above the circuit's full-load current. The 2-pole version covers both single-phase line-to-line AC circuits and two-wire DC circuits where both conductors must be switched and protected together. Because the breaker is dual-rated for AC and DC, the same part also fits DC distribution and battery circuits up to 500 V DC, where the 18 kA AC Icu figure does not apply and the 36 kA DC rating governs instead.
