The BMXDDO6402K packs 64 transistor output points into a single Modicon X80 module slot, each channel switching 0.125 A at 19-30 V DC with a maximum of 3 outputs parallelable per load, for 6.4 A total per module. Reverse-polarity, short-circuit, overload, and overvoltage protection are built into every channel, so no external interposing hardware is needed for standard 24 V DC solenoid and contactor-coil loads. At 150,000 hours MTBF, it suits continuous-duty discrete switching on M340 and M580 process racks where channel density is the limiting factor on available slots.
