The BMXDDO3202K gives 32 transistor output points per module in positive (sink) logic, so it fits Modicon X80 racks where channel density matters more than per-point current headroom - each channel is individually rated 0.125 A, and up to 3 outputs can be paralleled to raise the switching current for a single load. Its 290,000-hour MTBF and 1.2 ms response time suit discrete actuator and solenoid switching on M340 and M580-based process racks; where a load needs more than 0.125 A per point without paralleling, a lower-count, higher-current output module in the same X80 range is the better fit.
