The ATV630U07N4 covers motors up to 0.75 kW at 400 V in normal duty (120% overload for 60 s); where starts are longer or more frequent, size to the 0.37 kW heavy-duty rating (150% overload for 60 s) instead of the higher normal-duty figure. Its 2.2 A continuous output is the number to match against the motor's nameplate current, not the kW label, since actual full-load current varies with motor efficiency. The integrated STO input removes torque directly at the drive without an external contactor, which simplifies wiring a safety circuit around the motor. Native Ethernet and Modbus TCP let a PLC or SCADA system read drive status and write speed references without a separate gateway; step up to a higher-power ATV630 model if the application's motor exceeds this frame's rating.
